Figured I'd repost these in the official thread. I did not use the hubstacks in my video because mine don't work that well haha they slow the yoyo down really fast. Bmel, did you stack two turntables on top of eachother for your hubstacks?

Can't, my video camera is on loan to my school district and Sam has already repurposed the Legos into another non yo-yo creation. :)

The High Speed Camera is up in Cleveland and I am don in Columbus. Long way to drive just to film some high speed destruction of Legos.

Don't thank me, it was all Sam's idea. I just gave him the yo-yo to play with. I need to start photographing his creations more often. He had one set up where the legos wrapped around the yo-yo and connected to each side. Basically multiple arcs that went across the catch zone, encapsulating the yo-yo inside. He couldn't wrap his head around why I couldn't throw that one. Although it did look amazing looking.

I'm 25 and it just so happens that my parents kept all of the legos from my youth. I went through a big bin of 'em and picked out pairs of a bunch of stuff. As long as you put the same lego pieces on each side (up to a certain point), it doesn't seem to affect the play of the 54 too much on the vibe/stability scale... it does affect the feel/mass however. Plus, I think it's fun to experiment :)

It is interesting watching the faces of the workers at out local Lego Store as I took out some parts from the bulk Lego bin, placed them on my 54, and proceeded to throw the hell out of it in the middle of the shop. :)
